MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase in competitiveness of the company Naturalis through the expansion of production capacity and modernisation of production
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The project in question includes the purchase of new machines and equipment to improve production, logistics and handling processes and modernise product quality control processes. Along with the purchase of new machines and equipment, employees have been educated for their adequate use and hence the Company’s human capacities strengthened. The project will result in higher sales revenues, export revenues and number of employees, which will contribute to strengthening the Company’s competitiveness on the international market.
RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: The project in question has been successfully implemented by way of efficient management, in compliance with the obligations assumed and the logistics matrix. Production capacities have been expanded and the efficiency of the production process has been improved. In production quality control, capacities have been increased and possibilities improved. The capacities of employees in production have been improved by acquiring new knowledge and skills to independently manage new technologies.

TOTAL ACCEPTABLE COSTS: HRK 13,068,429.53
EU CO-FINANCING OF THE PROJECT: HRK 6,016,598.82

BASIC INFORMATION ON THE PROCUREMENT: The project is intended to procure a palletising system used to automate the process and contribute to increased productivity. The palletiser is necessary to optimise the finalisation process of finished goods and prepare them for dispatch. Furthermore, it is planned to educate employees to use the system in question.
